Model 7 Series Probe Tips
Model 7 series probe tips are designed for a wide range of applications.The Model 7 tips may be coated with an anti-oxidation coating to increase tip conductance; -HCT versions. This coating can reduce probe scrub by a factor of 5 or more; thus reducing damage to delicate structures and thin films.
