Description

High Frequency Manipulator, left/right hand neutral.  True linear motion.  Includes fine XYZ control.  Fine controls are in-line and easily accessible from the rear of the manipulator.  Recommended for geometries > 1-micron.  100 T.P.I. drive. With microwave head adapter.  Includes planarity and theta controls.

Available in Vacuum, Magnetic, & Switchable Magnetic base.
