The terms and conditions reviewed here apply to on-line orders. It is Micromanipulator’s goal to ensure your complete, 100% satisfaction with your on-line purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 days to return your like new, originally packaged product to us for a credit minus shipping and a small 15% restocking fee. Credit may be used for purchase of Micromanipulator product within 6-months of return.
All on-line orders are subject to final acceptance by The Micromanipulator Co., Carson City, Nevada.
Need to cancel your on-line order? No problem. In the event the buyer decides to cancel an order placed on-line at https//www.micromanipulator.com, just give us call or e-mail. We will apply a cancellation charge of 25% based upon the purchase price of the item(s) being cancelled to the credit card used for the on-line purchase.
Concerned about warranty? Don’t be! Ask any customer and they’ll tell you we stand behind our products. All products manufactured by Micromanipulator are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. This warranty excludes consumable items like probe tips. In the very unlikely event of a warranty claim, Micromanipulator will repair or replace the equipment at the Micromanipulator factory in Carson City Nevada, 89706, USA. This warranty does not cover damage incurred through negligence, misuse, dropping/impact, tampering, exposure to corrosive substances, normal wear and tear, or lack of normal preventative maintenance. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
If you are located inside the USA and need to return a product for warranty, please give us a call or e-mail and we’ll get you a necessary RMA number right away to note on our shipment back to our factory. You’ll need to arrange for prepaid shipping charges to Micromanipulator factory in Carson City, Nevada, 89706. USA. Repaired or replaced products will be returned prepaid by Micromanipulator to the customer by standard (non-expedited) shipping. If you need faster shipping, no problem, just let us know and will make arrangements for you to pay for expedited shipping.
If you are outside the USA and need to return a product for warranty, please give us a call or e-mail and we’ll get you a necessary RMA number to return the product to us. Micromanipulator will prepay the shipment back to our factory with standard (non-expedited) shipping (expedited shipping charges can be paid by the customer if faster shipping is needed). Repaired or replaced products will be returned to the customer via customer arranged prepaid shipping charges. Please note the customer is responsible for all customs related charges (duty, Value Added Tax-VAT) associated with the shipments of the equipment for warranty work.
